      1. Good culture and values among colleagues within the company 2. Good office facilities and environment

      1. Poor leadership skills among medium management. 2. Old timer leaders survived with their relationship with the senior management 3. Employee are treated based on preferences 4. Senior leadership does not have the vision to grow the company but just trying to survive through the transition period 5. Low morale among employees

      Good vision, very stable in term of revenue and profit

      Cons

      Local management very political. Atmosphere very toxic. Local top management only trust his former team mates and tend to clean up the place for his buddies. Good corporate vision but local execution not in par.

      Poor IT support locally that caused me to roll up my sleeve to settle my IT issues when I have no IT background. No work life balance with toxic people around.
