Since end of 2024 it changed into very much numbers driven KPIs across all departments be it client facing or non client facing, cut throat approach whereby your performance is solely based on the numbers you contribute, whether your coach has visibility of your work regardless of how many hours you work, and whether your coach likes you or not. Depends on who your coach and what your team culture is built upon, and what your coach values. a Senior Manager raised voice repeatedly and constantly shouted at me in office for more than 1 year, will not recommend to join Low salary, no work life balance, long hours OTing over 50-60 hours per week for over 2 years Promotion is based on how much your coach likes you rather than your actual work performance
