Probably the only pros are having Ikea and Alexandra Village Food Centre in the vicinity. Oh and how can I forget the 5.30pm shuttle bus service
Cons
Do your research before accepting the offer, particularly if the hiring manager is the SDOA of A3 cluster. Old school management style. She will conduct sales meeting every Monday morning which lasts around 2hrs (other clusters’ meeting only last around 30mins max) where she will take turn to “grill” everyone in the team. You will have to prepare your sales forecast and come up with justifications. This is distribution sales, not direct b2c sales. There are many factors which are beyond control but she can’t seem to understand. On top of all these, favoritism is clearly shown to certain BDMs in the team. Definitely a red flag for whoever is considering to join Tied Distribution.
