      comfortable, good and friendly working environment nice colleagues to work with (there are sometimes gatherings as well) convenient location(accessible from nearest MRT) reasonable working hours

      Cons

      for now, not much con to consider as the place is relatively a positive working environment that one can gain experience and knowledge
