Pros

Nothing positive. They dont have any new clients or projects

Cons

No growth at all. Long working hours and at the end they fire you once job is done. Do not join if you looking for job security and work life balance.

Thank you for your feedback. We have ongoing and new projects and continue to hire based on their requirements. Partners from the recruitment search segment continue to contact us to offer their services as they notice our hiring. As technology evolves, despite our efforts to support our staff to reskill and upskill, some still face challenges transitioning and become undeployable. Hence, we continue to hire from the external market to meet the client’s requirements even though this adds to our operating costs. The cyclical nature of project work results in high and lull periods for all our staff involved in the project, this is inevitable for our industry. While we empathise with them when they must put in extra time and effort to meet project requirements, we are glad they also have opportunities to relax and recharge when their involvement winds down. Once again, thank you for your feedback.

Pros

Decent salary and benefits Some colleagues are alright

Cons

Many decisions made at the top level appear short-term, reactive, and lacking any coherent long-term strategy, which creates constant uncertainty about the company’s direction. Job stability is heavily dependent on project continuity, with little to no protection when projects end or client requirements shift. There have been instances where employees were laid off citing budget constraints, while new hires were brought in simultaneously despite assurances that performance was not a factor. This contradiction raises serious doubts about leadership transparency and actual priorities. More concerning is the recent trend of senior employees leaving the company without having any backup opportunities lined up. When experienced professionals are willing to take that level of risk, it strongly suggests deep-rooted issues within the organization. This is a major red flag and speaks volumes about internal conditions. Prospective employees should be extremely cautious and think carefully before joining this company. HR is pro company (not surprising)
