Addepar is one of the pioneering FinTech companies, focused on Wealth Management, which show a perfect median between the culture of a mature company, and the challenges of a growth company. Strong management with a good camaraderie among the employees.
Cons
Given its age and proximity to the public market, it does transition to a more bureaucratic entity, which take less risks and offer less fun to the staff.
