      This place _used to_ be good. People genuinely care about each other and how everyone can contribute to Open Source. Please note the past tense here.

      Cons

      Now? Not really. Those who genuinely care about the industry and the users got removed under pretence of “performance issue”. It’s easy to use such excuses when there is no clear KPI and goalposts keep moving and changing.

      Pros

      - You can work 1 hour a day and get away with it

      Cons

      - CEO is on his high horse - Teammates from Taiwan don’t really work. Especially product managers. They just talk and fail at their goals or accomplishing anything but somehow still have jobs.
