      Nice, talented people and some good perks are what's keeping most of the people there.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership with no real experience Thriving of yes-men culture, mistakes are logged and used against you No strategy whatsoever Erratic bad decisions from the leadership No salary transparency Poor project tracking (e.g., buried in P2), no real accountability, and an emphasis on chatter over execution

      Pros

      - You can work 1 hour a day and get away with it

      Cons

      - CEO is on his high horse - Teammates from Taiwan don’t really work. Especially product managers. They just talk and fail at their goals or accomplishing anything but somehow still have jobs.
