Pros
- You get to work with amazingly talented people - Opportunities to work with popular video game IPs - Some efforts are put in to maintain some work-life balance, which is rare for the video game industry
Cons
- Lack of proper long-term business strategy - Over reliance on 3rd party contracts - Double standards in staff treatment; do not expect any meaningful care to be given to you if you are a non-artist member of staff - Upper management is filled with individuals who majorly lack people/soft-skills. Do NOT expect to be properly supported in terms of mental issues and especially abuse. - Paradigm shift in upper management occurring which will very likely change the culture of the company negatively
