Pros
The company is very bonded together as they will always host a monthly team bonding activity eg. Complete cycling for xxx km together as a team.
Cons
Can't really choose the activity as an intern (not really sure for full timers) so it could be an activity that you did not tried before, might not like or did not know how eg. cooking.
