- Good product with a proven market fit. - Foundation built right, leaders trust the team, and freedom is given for employees to contribute their ideas, thoughts, suggestions, etc. - Hiring is done meticulously to attract talents with the right energy and diversity to grow the company as well. - People are genuine and helpful to one another. - Flexibility to work anywhere you want with unlimited leaves(so long you are able to deliver the works you are entrusted with). - A good mixture of a young team with high energy with some senior team with good experience. Overall, great team and a good atmosphere. - Fun people to be working alongside with :) - Office pantry full of snacks and good coffee :) Overall, a great company to be in if you want to be part of a fast-growing startup at his early hyper-growth stage :)
Cons
- Expectations are high and fast-paced. You are given the full trust to deliver your expectations. - Office location not very convenient to walk out for food if you want a quick lunch on foot. - Parking is not provided if you drive but you can always take MRT which is some walk away. You need to park some distance away as parking in the office block is expensive :(
