Pros
Really good benefit especially flexible annual leave with a minimum of 18 per year. High performing team, nice people to work with, good culture in the company. People say you should either earn or learn, well I got both here, paid well and learnt so much so far. Good career trajectory based on company direction, soonicorn, big HR tech player in SEA. Great founders.
Cons
Only thing I hate is going to the office, and that's only once a week (not really about the office, but more about having to go through traffic jam).
