Pros

Working at CPO has been a very rewarding experience. The salary is competitive, and even part-time employees are paid extremely well compared to industry standards. The flexible working hours make it an ideal workplace for those balancing other commitments. There are real opportunities for growth at CPO. Hard work is recognised and rewarded, and the environment encourages learning and skill development. Employees are given the chance to take on new responsibilities and grow professionally. What truly sets CPO apart is its leadership. Both the director and the managers are approachable, easy to communicate with, and open to feedback. Unlike many other workplaces, there is no bias, and effort is genuinely recognised and appreciated. Management is willing to listen, support employees, and acknowledge hard work consistently. Overall, CPO is a positive and supportive workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated to perform at their best. I would highly recommend CPO to anyone looking for a fair, flexible, and growth-oriented work environment.

Cons

Could be far for those living in the west. Regardless of that, subject to policy, taxi claims are allowed.

Pros

Thanks to past reviews that I did not fall into this trap

Cons

- Vague job ad. Information withheld until the group interview. Probably to weed out the more sensible applicants - High pay advertised but have to go through ridiculous probation and KPIs, and no CPF paid despite the role being under contract of service - Overly extensive application form asking more questions than highly sensitive government roles - Long notice periods of 1-2 weeks during probation, and 1 month after; just for casual temporary roles - Office is dark and messy with boxes laying around
