      Pros

      -Fast-paced, lots of changes, adaptable mindset needed. -Always rolling out new initiatives to improve the structure, system and employee benefits/welfare. -My team is very inclusive, collaborative and flexible, which is a great working environment. -Company that encourages growth.

      Cons

      -Not suitable for people who prefer slower pace / who love very structured corporate environment (That being said, there are lots of chance to make impact here to keep improving the structure). -Growth path is not as clear - this can be solved if one is actively seeking out for growth.

      Good salary, thats about it

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, they want you to work from 6 am to 9pm. If you do not speak french or are not french you will feel like an outsider. Favoritism is big here, manager have their favorites and will feed them inbounds. Very hard to get approval to go to conferences, and there is no ROI, longer reps hold on to bigger name merchants for years even though they are not having any impact, and no one does anything about it.
