Pros

There is WFH for some projects

Cons

- Very badly managed projects leading to talents leaving or being wrongly utilised, leading to poor project outcomes - Do not join this company if you're a software developer who takes any sort of pride in your work or values creating good software - Great company if you just want to coast/slack since there are barely any consequences to being a slacker or deadweight here - in fact you are rewarded with less work since you can't be relied on and all the work will be dumped on the high performers/reliable team members - Absolute chaos with no processes or SOPs in sight. Don't even have standardised bare minimum things in place such as CI/CD, release management, code review practices, automated testing, software engineering practices. Literally just throwing stuff at the wall and hope project don't burn down. The engineering standard here is probably lower than some university Year 1 students' coursework project. Absolute insanity. - Hiring any rando off the street without screening properly. Project teams filled with clowns while competent people clean up their messes.

Pros

* They train new grads, so you get a lot of valuable training * Depending on the projects, it has the potential to have a good life balance *Hybrid and Remote opportunity Will recommend to get your foot in the door

Cons

* Pay is not very competitive. Needs improvement * Depending on some client projects, the work-life balance can also be very bad * The culture is horrible, the outlook and appearance of the company is so different than what is on the ground—cutthroat culture, pushing culture. * Sometimes it enables a rude and disrespectful culture * Career growth is very minimal * tend to hire lots of indians, and an indian dominated culture/circle can make a non indian feel left out
