6yThanks for your feedback. Although I love responding to the positive reviews here, it’s also incredibly important to know when someone has not had a good experience.
Regarding promotions, Tigerspike has long history of both promoting people up through our roles and offering opportunities to broaden or switch roles into other areas. This is very much an ongoing situation with every employee, which is supported by regular 1-to-1’s with line managers to keep track of a person’s aspirations and to support them in getting them where they want to be. Of course, promotions are not always possible if there’s not a suitable role open to promote into, so (just like anywhere else) there’s never a guarantee of an immediate move. In your case, if you feel that you’ve not been the support I’ve described above then I’d urge you to reach out to one of your office’s senior leadership team - or me (our open culture means I’m happy to talk to anyone about their issues).
