      Compensation is at contractor level, though higher positions come with fair and competitive benefits. As a large organization, standing out requires extra initiative and effort. Advancement involves a thorough and formal process, including a rigorous technical assessment by an international panel. However, the resulting titles are globally recognized and truly worth the effort.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
