Strong culture of learning and development with genuine investment in it. There's a wealth of in-house and external resources to grow my skills and I get to choose how I want to develop my career path. Right now, with AI transforming the industry, I'm impressed by how proactive EPAM is in encouraging employees to experiment, upskill, and stay ahead of the curve. What makes it even better is that this support comes from both global leadership and local management so it doesn't just feel like a corporate initiative, it feels real.
Cons
Approval processes can sometimes move slowly across regions, but that's expected in most global companies. L&D support is strong, but to fully reap the benefits, you need to be proactive to advocate for yourself and propose them to your manager.
