Pros

1. Remote work. 2. Salary on time.

Cons

1. Worst bench policy, you will get 3 months to find a project after 3 month, seperation will be initiated. 2. Very short term projects, you have to always end up giving interviews only. 3. Epam consider their clients as god, so they don't interfere there - even if you give good interview, you will get reject with no reason. 4. Epam is agent basically between client and you. 5. If you are considering joining Epam, first get clear about Project - if it's a long term then only go, otherwise RED FLAG. 6. My advise - Keep Epam as Last option - If you are looking for stability and job security then you are soon going into the problem. 7. If Job security and stability is your concern then this company is not for you. 8. There are frequent laid offs but they are silent so be careful. 9. If you have EMIs n all, please don't consider this company.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
