We put alot of time and effort into our teacher events to allow our teachers the opportunity and time to network and meet other team members from different departments on their days off. Regarding compensation, we make it a priority to review salary structures on a regular basis to ensure they are in line with local standards and allow our international staff to live a comfortable lifestyle in the larger Chinese cities. We understand that it can be frustrating to teach similar content to different students, we do however, encourage our teachers to suplement the material if they wish, and add their own touch to the lessons where they see fit. We also recognize that there are areas in our teaching materials that could use improvement, and we value your feedback as it allows us to focus on these.
