Pros

Trained you to be mentally and emotionally strong because the politics, blame game and toxic environment is to the maximum level! Work is easy and colleagues are nice but not enough to justify the toxic environment and micromanaging style you are put in daily.

Cons

- SUPER MICROMANAGING. Will dictate even your bio break 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon. When this feedback was given to HR who supposedly should have staff welfare at heart, she nonchalantly asked, "What's wrong with that?". - SUPER INSECURE MANAGER. Always on top of gossips and rumors, then create more gossips and rumors by assumptions of culprits when it has nothing to do with work. It doesn't help that she has the sole power to make ALL decisions for WA Singapore team. - FAVORITISM. Only allow those that they like to be promoted, get an increment and go on long leaves. - All in all TOXIC environment. Manager will ensure those that return to office has a living hell by not providing what the client could offer in their office. Making sure you are not able to get your leave when you return to the office. Having TLs to monitor your every move in the office, and TLs blindly follow like robots. And pitting the TLs against the agents by sharing untrue feedbacks, rumors and gossips. If the TLs does not have a good relationship with their agents, the TLs will believe every words the Manager had said from the AI feedbacks that was given. - Feedbacks are often taken negatively and as a personal attack by the Manager. There's no point in giving feedback as nothing is heard, changed or done.

Pros

Market rate compensation, not much else

Cons

AI is dismantling Genpact’s services-focused business model. The result is a toxic work environment with a dying culture: fear of layoffs, unclear goals, constant turnover, and remaining employees absorbing multiple roles as colleagues are fired or leave.
