Pros
Decent benefits, healthcare, Flexi Benefits, not much but at least WFH 1 day per week. Great profile to the resume, but be careful to become stagnant. Although opportunity to switch across LVMH brands but needs politics and hard push to make it happen.
Cons
Can be stagnant, depends on your boss and how much you try to push for progression. Difficult to climb up and can easily be overshadowed by someone else.
