Pros
It's a good brand to include in your resume, given that the rest of the world don't know what's really going on in there.
Cons
When the company is too big, it's tough to be heard, or be heard genuinely, that is. Most management people pretend they care but they only care about sales figures, themselves, and neglect the wellbeing of the very same staff who may have worked so hard to get them closer to their unrealistic targets. They talk about mental health but no one is really bothering to check on employees. Promotion is also dependant if the superiors like you, which can be tiring because you constantly have to feel like you're walking on eggshells around specific few person. If they like you, anything they say can be used as a reason you get promoted. If they don't like you, anything they say also an be used as a reason why you weren't promoted.
