Good pay package, and decent number of annual leaves.
Cons
Clearly seen some sales and support staffs get preferential treatment, if they are liked by Senior Management or Executives for reasons other than just work related.They get extra days off, flexible time, expensive wine and dine, secret night outs, gifts and business trips with extended stay between them. Personnel in position or director level uses vulgarity, harsh words and sarcasm in dealing with their subordinates. Favoritism towards employees they like and giving out special treatments is common practice.
