Pros

High performers have proper developmental and talent routes. Closely nurtured by senior management and have Masters Sponsorship. If you want to develop your career well, accelerate it and don’t mind investing more hours like unpaid OT and some weekends, then it’s a good fit for you, especially if you are on the talent programme. If you like collaborative settings, is good for you. Discount at some F&Bs and ticket for Zoo and Gardens By The Bay 21 days leave for office staff Off-in-lieu for Public Holiday on weekends

Cons

Dependent on the team Sometimes the people around have a high passion and drive so they reach out during after work hours or weekends (rare). Due to fast work pace and ever changing work and scope, need to cope with constantly changing direction. Some work expected to race like a horse. Almost every period is busy period. Always expect capacity to increase. No hybrid and no work from home. Given reason is to stay united with frontline workers who cannot WFH but doesn’t make sense for office staff to follow the same ruler. Due to mixed work distribution, sometimes too many meetings which results in having to OT to get work done because the bar was set by others or boss standards.
