      Pros

      - Good location - Good benefits - 1 day work from home - Lesser working hour

      Cons

      - Too strict with timing. - Salary is too low for the workload we are given. - Very slow career progression. - Won't be recognize if you're just an admin and especially if you're not Japanese. - HR doesn't really help employees but more to supporting the higher management.

      Safety is paramount. Lot of effort is put on manuals and instructions

      Cons

      Very slow to catch up with rest of the industry, like internet and other facilities are delayed

      Some SMS confusing .too much paper work. Promotion prospects too slow.
