Pros

There is no pros, really at this company. That why a lot of us looking to leave currently

Cons

This company HR dept provide a number for verification for new employment to verify you are employed there. No response All the TL’s are Mexican and Latino All the Trainers are mostly white and assistants are white/Mexican/Latinos you might can find at least 5-6 black trainers TL’s and Semies always giving conflicting information throughout the chat rooms The damn WW system is always going off line weekly Theirs is no grow for promotion majority of black people are CS Reps but yet they promote inclusiveness where are black Supervisors, TL’s, trainers etc a drop her and there. HR reps at bottom Take a look at each company formerly known as HGS now know as Sagility they handle it speaks volume

Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
