I’m a new hire and already I’m feeling super pressured and overwhelmed not on is Sagility super strict they have no coverage for us , if bad weather comes and we lose power we will not get paid during training on just day 3 they are constantly complaining about the camera posture or either the lighting in the room and while it’s the rules, it starts to get frustrating when having to hear it constantly, for the company to be so strict you would think they would have coverage for unforeseen circumstances or bad weather conditions !!! I see he lasting until training is over which is 8 weeks long (2months) but after that I’ll be finding me something else because I’m already annoyed by them abd it’s only been 3 days!!!! Nevertheless, when I’m asking questions about the turn over rate or what makes Sagility dependable when natural disasters hit the trainers NEVER answer my questions correctly they will go over my question as if they are afraid to be honest about the company and to me that seems like a integrity issue, if employees are scared to be honest about the pros snd cons of a company something isn’t right, so for now I would never recommend this place to anyone if things change I’ll give a different perspective!

Pros

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

Cons

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
