1. The culture has been increasingly toxic over the years with almost non-functioning HRs for proper cases assessment & investigation involving team leader's notorieties. Cases reported were death with just for the sake of doing. 2. Unfair favouritism is rampant and an open secret, to a point it enables incompetent people who were doing poorly in their performance to get promoted. 3. The office politics is crippling and demotivating; your core job scopes have become decreasingly less significant as compared to how well you're playing proper politics.
