Pros

The company positions itself as offering good employee benefits, mainly in terms of annual leave, flexi-leave, and flexible cash claims for medical, dental, and self-care expenses.

Cons

However, the day-to-day experience does not always reflect this. For example, townhalls are held once every three months and take up half a working day in the afternoon, yet employees are unable to account for townhall time as working hours. In addition, employees who have client meetings prior to townhall are not allowed to claim transport costs to attend, while still being expected to arrive on time. This creates ambiguity around whether client commitments or internal events should be prioritised. While this may vary across departments, there are also reports of managers requiring attendance at certain events even though they are officially intended for leadership only. Some teams experience close monitoring of work hours, including being asked to account for tasks in minute-by-minute detail, without sufficient consideration for interruptions such as incoming client calls. The return-to-office arrangement has also raised concerns. Employees are expected to hot-desk, but there are insufficient proper workstations, with limited access to dedicated seating and adequate desk space. Feedback has been provided, but the stated rationale for returning to office focuses on inter-department bonding and alignment with broader industry trends, rather than operational readiness or employee comfort. Overall, while the benefits appear attractive on paper, the implementation and everyday practices may not fully support employee well-being or productivity.

Pros

people there are very nice. team lead will help you tank your work when you are struggling.

Cons

after i finally found a new job elsewhere and started work, I realise the boss at mental wellness is very manipulative. she has the kind of ability to give you so much work but you will still think she is a very nice person. the red flags i ignore is when my classmates who also work in comit dont have to work as hard and just have to focus on comit. we have to conduct school programs, do packing until very very late for festival, and a lot of other projects. when i started in new job, i realise comit dont even allow company to reuse manpower but in touch our manpower are reused for at least 5-6 funding contracts. alot of practice like case record system is not ethical too. and one thing i realise after quitting is that bosses who keep saying they have to fight for us is usually the most manipulative one.

One of the better-paying SSAs. Fast-paced and forward-looking.

Fast-paced and forward-looking. Not for everyone.
