Pros
Staff are a joy to work with - the environment is really positive and I've made some friends for life here. We recently just had a big celebration for the company's 21st birthday which was amazing. The company has grown a lot since I joined two years ago, yet it's managed to keep a boutique and personable feel. You still get good support and 1-1 sessions with management. In terms of benefits, the holiday allowance and pension contribution is generous, plus we get a yearly bonus. You can't go wrong with free cake day once a month and a drink at the office bar every Friday either!
Cons
The hybrid model isn't very polished. It's a minimum of 3 days in the office (2 set days WFH), so if you take a day of annual leave on an in-office day, you have to sacrifice a work from home day. This was brought in for collaboration, but when you're in the office alone as the rest of your department is WFH it feels redundant in terms of collaboration.
