      - open for work at home - increasing awareness for employee health - started to change into be a more agile and digital company - trying to work on their purpose

      Cons

      - constant changes and reorganizations - working environment is not build to foster employee growth - although competitive salary when joining, salary increases when working at UBS are very limited and mostly subject to promotions.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
