Pros
Valsea as an organization is very flat and transparency is key. For me, who is working remote, these two points are essential. Where most organizations struggle to integrate remote employees, Valsea has impressed me with their ability to adapt to change, something incredibly important in the agile world of today. There's still a lot to improve, don't get me wrong, but they key here is willingness to change and improve. To experiment. Colleagues from all around the world with different backgrounds opens up for interesting discussions, which in turn promotes a healthy culture where teammates socialize, creating that team-feeling(read trust).
Cons
The biggest challenge for Valsea, as some of the other reviews have mentioned as well, is moving the entire organization forward at the same speed as its growth(for both on-site and remote employees). It's going to be interesting to be able to follow this process first-hand and be able to be contribute with my own experiences.
