Horrible HR practices: Business trip - fly the cheapest airlines, often budget airlines. Sharing hotel rooms with colleagues mandatory. No having hotel breakfast. Meal allowance is as low as RM10 for trips to Malaysia. For new mothers - no nursing room, most women hide in a BROOM CLOSET to pump milk. No disability access - if you are in wheelchair, you will not even get through the front door as there is a step. No career progression standards/plans. If you do get a promotion, it may not come with an increment (you should just be happy that you got promoted)!
