Pros

Strong branding. Good colleagues. Nice and clean office in MBFC.

Cons

Vast difference in office environment (Gateway vs MBFC). Recently carried out The Voice survey and senior management forced everyone to submit even though it was optional. HR is aware of the many unhappiness on various issues (especially on senior leadership) in the office but does not want to do anything. No platform to share grievances as HR doesn't bother anyways. Fear-based leadership used by senior management.

Pros

Good healthcare benefits Some nice colleagues Recent improvements to pantry snacks Recent monthly lunch get togethers Improvements to support internal mobility

Cons

Keeping long serving staff who just coast along and don't add value Colleagues who regularly do not respond to emails and need constant reminders for months Full time RTO (hence the recent snack improvements and monthly lunches to entice staff back) Some senior colleagues who communicate in a disrespectful or rude way Regular "hush hush" hiring freezes for a replacement role while HR can add 3 new director positions in less than a year Terrible IT support which has finally been outsourced this year

Pros

Competitive salary compensation. That's all I can think off because I'd advise anyone to avoid this company. If you're starting up from school, it may not be a great place to start being gung-ho.

Cons

No job security. When you're made redundant, zero efforts into relocating you to a different role. They just cut you off. In Singapore office, too many Indians and Filipinos, so there's little racial diversity at all. This is hurtful to the business because you are working in a local Singapore context with foreigners who don't understand how to deal with Singaporean businesses or clients. Tough to make headway. Sales pipelines are poor. Zero innovation company. All they do is just buy smaller companies, then don't integrate them. So many accounts and passwords.
