PL and PM are too naive and adorable.
They dont like the people who have rich experience but workhorse. They pretend listening but never change.
And even the manager of them is also naive, pretend to be nice to employee, and everything is marketing, and every year company is defective.
The company changes quite a lot if find the team is not good. And then assign another naive project leader to repeat the same failure story.
I have seen many genius programmers left the company. The culture here, exactly not like software engineering company. Just yet another underclass company.
