Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

- ridiculous overtime hours, shift ends 11pm but OT up to 2am - no work life balance even though area head says will give but nah - ridiculous amount of deliveries everyday it’s crazy to need to finish them all in a day despite headcount and human efficiency for that day. - during interview, mentioned that there will be flex given to clear OT hours for managers but end up store manager says don’t even practice that routine, guess work like one dog? Imagine OT until late midnight everytime and not getting any hours cleared it’s very torturing. - shifts starts as early as 7am but twice in a week comes in 5am because heavy deliveries, here comes along getting a very weak health while carrying this job. - scheduled on working both weekends every week because store manager wants to have family time on weekends, we have family too though? Very unfair. - I don’t think this company appreciates efforts, more of like just want to fill in headcount for the store that’s it. - salary is average like other brands but you do more roles in that one role you’re in it. - i can only give advise to run while you can from this company.

Pros

- The employee benefits are good - WFH arrangement - Involved in big projects - 13th bonus (AWS) - People from diverse background

Cons

The downside is the toxic work environment within the HR team. Many employees focus on pleasing the boss rather than doing meaningful work. During my time there, five people from the HR team resigned, and even colleagues from other departments were aware of the high turnover rate and the underlying issues. It’s not an easy environment to thrive in. There is no safe space to voice your opinions, and the environment creates a constant sense of pressure. The worst part was that my manager didn’t speak up for me. This is absolutely unacceptable.
