Best part of the company is the flexible working arrangement.
Cons
Low pay progression. Any other drawbacks depend on who you work with.

Thanks so much for sharing your views and of course for continuing to work with us at HKA for over four years.
While these posts are anonymous, we know the value of our people…so thank you for everything you have contributed to HKA over the years making us successful and growing.
Great to read that you value the hybrid and flexible working arrangements we have in HKA.
Sorry to read that you are experiencing “low pay progressions” – always feel free to reach out to me or your regional people team as we can seek to understand and offer you some ideas to move this further forward too.
We appreciate that these are your views and everyone has a right to be free with their opinions. Thank you for sharing your views. The views from the vast majority of our people are that HKA is a great place to work…having said that we are not complacent and we continue to look to improve and grow globally too.
Thank you again.
Best regards
Kate

Excellent health benefits.
Great colleagues and working culture.
Cons
Inconsistent career and financial progression. It is not tied to performance review. Salary increment, bonus and promotion will depends on who is the person you report to or the region head - and not performance.

Dear Colleague,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I can see you are a former employee and want to thank you for everything you did for HKA in your 6 years with us and wish you well in your onwards career.
I’m pleased to hear that you appreciated the healthcare benefits we provide and that you enjoyed our culture and your great colleagues. I recently joined HKA and can already see how talented our people are and the supportive and collaborative culture we have here.
I am sorry to hear that you felt you experienced inconsistent career and financial progression. We aim to reward high performance as well as demonstration of our behaviours and our bonus plan and salary reviews are based on this principle. Promotions are carefully considered through a multi-stage process which promotes objectivity and fairness. Of course there is always room for improvement and we continue to develop these processes to ensure that we consistently reward the right outcomes and behaviours.
We are always grateful for feedback and if you would like to discuss any of this further please feel free to reach out to me – clairebamfordrock@hka.com.
Kind regards,
Claire Bamford Rock
