Pros

If there is any silver lining to this experience, it is that you will gain some genuinely incredibly valuable industry exposure, even if you are entirely uncompensated for the massive extra responsibilities unfairly dumped onto your shoulders. You will also find fleeting moments of solidarity with a few truly helpful and friendly ops specialists, though you must be warned that the toxic atmosphere eventually causes many of them to turn completely sour. Finally, the physical location of the office is undeniably pleasant, but do not be fooled

Cons

Working at this company is a soul shattering descent into a corporate nightmare where your physical and mental well being are fed straight into a meat grinder.. The only saving grace is the frontline staff, who are simply trauma bonded together under a regime of utterly tyrannical leadership. Majority of managers act like vicious bullies masquerading as professionals, spending their days scheming in secret chat rooms to brutally mock the very people breaking their backs to keep this business afloat. You will be ruthlessly worked to the bone, drowning under the suffocating weight of multiple workloads while choking on completely delusional performance targets. Imagine staggering out of the office late at night, utterly hollowed out, only to be forced back into the trenches a few agonizing hours later. To rub salt in the wound, you are expected to sacrifice your life for absolute poverty wages, receiving absolutely zero extra financial allowance for suffering through grueling bank holidays, lost weekends, and severely unsocial hours. With no hope of career progression, and a toxic culture that laughs in your face if you dare plead for basic human decency, this desolate wasteland of an employer will strip away your dignity and leave you an empty shell if you let it
