Decent benefits, work life balance occasionally is good

Cons

I’ve never felt more stuck at a level. No matter what I do leadership always wants more it makes you feel worthless. I’ve seen them get rid of some amazing people only to rehire people who aren’t even half as good. Most of the employees are hoping to be part of that next layoff and get severance. Morale is at an all time low and teams are required to perform even though they’ve lost star performers.
