      Pros

      Many benefits, relatively safe employment, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      If you like bureaucracy, this is the place for you. They’re trying to modernize, but a lot of the processes still feel stuck in the 90s and there’s way too much documentation for everything. It makes delivery harder than it needs to be because of all the approvals and layers involved. People are nice and it’s decent for experience, but it’s hard to grow unless you understand and play the politics. There’s also a constant artificial sense of firefighting across the business.
