      Compensation vs. Market Rate: Compensation is not competitive with current market standards for cybersecurity engineering roles, especially considering the workload. Critical Talent Shortage & Senior Dependency: There is a noticeable lack of qualified mid-level engineering talent. This creates a severe dependency on a few senior engineers and creates operational single points of failure. Severe Burnout & Zero Work-Life Balance: Due to chronic understaffing, engineers are spread thin across multiple simultaneous projects.
