      Pathetic work culture with bossy leadership

      Pros

      nothing to share about, except being an MNC and free can drinks.

      Cons

      treats employees as dispensable tissue paper, probably leaders see benefit in const churning of employees no proper process/document templates no career plans for employees, i have seen individuals with 7 years stuck in no growth projects. everyone is overworked and fighting overtime to get projects delivered. have to work on free/trail softwares only. interaction with other internal teams is a pain, as none wants to collaborate.

      A company with “leaders” who “transform” the organization at least once a year!

      Pros

      New leadership team every year to keep things interesting. The new leadership cohort is ex-McKinsey and Company. Leadership wisdom is transformation introduces career opportunities to the affected employees, which really means showing employees the door and making them find opportunities in client companies and competition.

      Cons

      Never ending transformations. New leaders, new transformation! 2 years ago, leaders kept spewing Digital everything, last year it was Intelligent everything, and this year it is Service Tower. I beckon next year will be Smart something.

      Don't ruin your career by working for this company in Singapore

      Pros

      A Global power house but for no use. Imagine you have potential to run faster than usain bolt but your brain refuses to give instruction means you are paralyzed. That is the state of this company is Singapore. This is specific to NTT Data Singapore Pte ltd. This company could be the WINNER for the worst managed MNC in Singapore.

      Cons

      Like many staffing companies, will give your plenty of promise but won't honor anything. Management knows ZERO about technology, they want to build a product out of one member developer. Now you know how knowledgeable they are. They have no competence internally always dependent on vendors to delivery. You are expected to know everything under the sun. You will learn nothing. The moment you are not billable. You will be given notice period. Don't believe false promises by TA team. All Dirty tactics will be followed to throw you out.
