      Below market compensation. Carrying the 20+ years old Chemicals manufacturer and FMCG mindset. HR is the worst, thinking that they are the perfect employers with every pulse survey just for show, smoking employees about having great camaraderie. Hiring incompetent workers that only create unnecessary internal problems with their own second guessing, instead of focusing on external battles. Hiring incompetent workers who are experts at bootlicking and only bootlicking.
