No one dares to speak up, worried of being fired - Always finding one to be a scapegoat, finger pointing system - Engineering team always fighting with other squads and claiming credits when credit is not due - No empowerment and trust, information don’t get shared to everyone except selective chinese leaders - Workplace bullying and scolding of employees openly - Prepare for daily morning and evening meetings with reports to account for daily work - No work life balance, be prepared to be present for Chinese meetings even on weekends and public holidays - If need to apply leave more than 3 days, team leader and team leader’s leader would need to approve
