Pros
This is only applicable to the internal IT company of Asia Pacific, other divisions look better, giving one star because there is no no-star option: Big organization - but run like small and old company. Lots of opportunities to learn - but the IT top management make it hard to learn or learn the wrong way. Actually no Pros! Think twice x twice before you accept any offer! Interviewers sell many unrealistic promises.

This is only applicable to the internal IT company of Asia Pacific, other divisions look better: - Top IT management manage IT professional like production worker or prisoner (was mentioned by a reviewer earlier, yes it is Prison with biases, unfairness, torture and abuse of power. - Hire and Fire (with no valid reason, purely favouritism or if you don't follow their weird ideas) - many managers and consultants been fired unreasonably. - If you want to survive there, just say Yes to the boss, but how long can you last? - Lot of unnecessary overtime and works. - You will get blame for small or immaterial stuff. - If you meeting the boss, very important to check the "weather" (mood), because bosses (especial the MD and few GMs) there run the company based on feel. - Prepare to give up your pride and dignity, if you can, otherwise don't think about working there. - Tooo many cons that I can't list them all...
