- Diverse, good tools, good compensation and packages scheme, leaves, have wellness programs - Good agency brand to be in - People are generally nice and collaborative

Cons

- Can only succeed when you know the right people vs meritocracy - Very few career opportunities - Poor human resource planning, high attrition rate and movement of accounts - HR/Management cares about the profit, not people - Role/tasks constantly change because of ever changing job scope - Politics occurs with middle management/management

free coffee if you come in early shiny new office pantry is well-stocked

- Workload is insane - handovers are hours-long which defeats the purpose of having to take an MC or going on leave if you spend half a day prepping - No bonus and increments - Unlike other agencies, you have to do the finance for your own accounts which is messy because it feels like Finance's method of recon is arbitrary. Dirs are stressed during these meetings and can be unpleasant during these meetings too - many colleagues burnt out and left, many good suits have had their self esteem shattered.

Honestly, I would go over the word limit to describe how bad this place is. Every team has a bad manager and the worst senior planners. Lots of bullying and talking behind your back. I've seen colleges having health conditions and when they take MC, people blame it on them being lazy and truancy. Unbelievable. They also promote the bullies more despite them having several complaints from many different former employees which is beyond
