Pros

- It has great technology and positioning - It is a fun environment to work at the ground level - What is lack of becomes opportunities for you to try out new ideas.

Cons

- The management are just sales managers, inexperience. - Not all regions believe in the corporate vision - APAC has very weak leadership. The senior management do not have a vision or direction. - The leaders do not motivate people and a lot of time appears to be unfriendly.

Extremely Toxic Management

Pros

Some peers are friendly and nice.

Cons

Worst ever senior management who micromanaged, zero trust. Constantly used negative and degrading words to put you down instead of providing suggestions or solutions. Extremely bossy attitude, definitely not an open management. Join only if you like losing your morale.
