Pros

Pros are very limited, steady paycheck, although low. Bonus, but based upon review by manager who may or may not know what you do throughout the day (usually do not know what you do). 13th month paycheck. Interaction with people from many nations so you can learn about cultural differences.

Cons

Typically management and team members do not follow Kampong Spirit laid down by the Company. Even though the Company has you sign an agreement to follow Kampong Spirit, people violate this all the time and the Company doesn't hold them accountable. So in a sense horrible work environment. Much poiitics in management and leads with the front of house crew. Management doesn't want the front of house crew to shine as it makes them look bad so they find fault and focus on the weakness and run them down!! Mostly run by cliques, if you are not in then you are the other guys and no team spirit, many divisions or enemies. Team spirit, Kampong Spirit, NO WAY! Far from it. Management is always right and employees are always wrong. H.R. should be changed to M.R. (management resources) because they will take the side of management every time! SAD very SAD with all that being said I would not recommend nay seeking a career there, as there is saying at RWS, "all the good people leave".
