      It is a staffing company, can't retire over here.

      Pros

      Received Salary on time did not face any challenge with the mangement.. it is a staffing company and hence most probably you will be working at the client location. so not much to comment.

      Cons

      No 13th month pay, no extra benefits, very basic medical which doesn't cover your spouse

      Pros

      They will place good clients, friendly approachable staff. The payment is very structured manner. Nice tow work.

      Cons

      No control over the clients and completely not aware of what we are working there. They need to take into consideration of project scope details and technologies that we have to handle.
